The Junction Works Ltd received funding for a new financial system to increase back of house productivity by enabling more efficient and accurate unit costing, reporting and automating payroll.
Kyogle District Care Connections Inc : IT Solution - Client Management System
Kyogle District Care Connections Inc developed a Client Management System (CMS) to provide a central point for client and staff information which can be used to assess and monitor the quality and change in service delivery.
Using the CMS will increase the personalisation of service and the increased capacity to efficiently manage funding packages.
Accessible Living Options : Financial advice on managing individual budgets and person centred training
Accessible Living Options (ALO) engaged a consultant with knowledge and expertise in accounting and development of a unit costing tool in preparation for individualised funding.
The project enabled ALO to have a deeper understanding of their unit cost and to train direct service delivery staff to understand the new environment of individualised funding and person-centred approaches.
The use of the grant has improved confidence to move forward, understand the cost of service and to seek innovative strategies to deliver service and reduce costs under the NDIA pricing.
Respite & Recreation Inc : IT Solution - Accounting package
Respite and Recreation Inc has implemented a Client Management System (TRACCS) to ensure accurate and up to date information on the customers they support, their financial processes and to streamline administration requirements.
Christie Centre Inc : IT Solution - Accounting package
Christie Centre Inc utilised the grant to purchase and implement a CMS to improve the clarity of developmental plans for staff, families, supporting organisations and funding bodies. The CMS also allows for improved financial reporting and more timely reports for families utilising services.
Thorndale Foundation Ltd : IT Solution - Accounting package
Thorndale foundation implemented a new financial management system that provides a link from the existing CMS to the accounting system and eventually to the NDIA portal.
Lifestart Co-operative Ltd : Staff to build/develop new business system
Lifestart Co-operative Ltd built a new business system to provide accessibility to client information to inform the service development and support person centred approaches and be responsive to the needs of individual clients.
Funding was sought to support the employment of Project Co-ordinators to manage the research, development and implementation of the new business system.
Lifeskills Plus Inc : IT Solution - Accounting package
Lifeskills Plus utilised the grant to implement a new IT system allowing workers to more readily respond to the needs of people with disability, improve access to information for people with disability and their families to make more informed choices on their services and to support clients to build on their expectations of their own lives.
